The third APEC “China Year” kicked off its “Nanjing time,”with the 8th APEC Human Resources Development Ministerial Meeting held in Nanjing on Sept. 21 under the theme of "Modernizing Human Resources Development for a Stronger Asia-Pacific Community."

From employment and skills training to social security in the age of AI, some 150 participants gathered to discuss common issues in human resources development and unite consensus for a stronger community.
