Enjoy the charm of millennial Qinhuai Lantern Fair in its parallel session in Le Barcarès, France!

The lantern fair features seven themed zones, 29 sets of large-scale lantern installations, and thousands of colorful lanterns in various sizes.

Since its kickoff on Dec. 5, 2025, the cultural feast has attracted nearly 190,000 visitors from France and neighboring countries, and will last last until February 28, allowing European audiences to immerse themselves in the festive atmosphere of the Chinese New Year.

As an Intangible Cultural Heritage China, Qinhuai Lantern Fair originated in Nanjing boasts a history of more than 1,700 years. It has evolved from a local ritual into a global celebration during Chinese New Year, dazzling audiences in over 50 countries and regions worldwide in recent years.
