At the Jiangsu exhibition hall of the 30th Macao International Trade and Investment Fair, two Huaiyang cuisine chefs cooked Pingqiao Tofu on site. Their exceptional culinary skills and the delicious Huai'an specialties amazed the visitors. Macao and Huai'an, both World Capital of Gastronomy, had an encouter with each other.
