"Miracle Map of the Xinhua Front Army", a nationwide search for Xinhua Daily's historical sites and relics, was launched in Nanjing on May 20.

With a history of 88 years, Xinhua Daily, the newspaper, once received high praise that its influence, alongside the Eighth Route Army and the New Fourth Army fighting behind enemy lines, was powerful enough to be "equivalent to an entire front army of the Party" during the War of Resistance Against Japan.

Shuang Chuanxue, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Xinhua Daily, introduced that the all-media campaign will connect 22 Xinhua Daily-related historical sites and relics across the country, covering seven provinces and municipalities, including Jiangsu, Chongqing, Sichuan, Hubei, Shanxi, Hebei, and Guizhou. The campaign aims to retrace the footsteps of the pioneering journalists and, through panoramic, immersive, and interactive integrated media reports, chart a "Miracle Map" that connects the ink trails of the past with the footsteps of today.

Yao Xiaodong, Chairman of the Jiangsu Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles, recalled his years working at Xinhua Daily. He encouraged young journalists to embody the dedication of pursuing "hard-earned news" and the tenacity of "honing quality journalism," urging them to create new miracles worthy of both the era and the people.
