From January 19 to 23, Jiangsu Province will experience a wintery cold front, strong winds, and freezing rain and snow.

The central and northern regions of the province will have moderate to heavy snowfall, with some areas experiencing blizzards. The minimum temperature across the province will drop by 8 to 11 degrees Celsius within 48 hours, accompanied by winds of Force 7 to 8 on land and Force 8 to 9 in nearshore zones.

The Jiangsu Meteorological Bureau has started a level IV emergency response and issued a yellow warning for cold waves and strong winds.
