Lohmann Moritz Nicolaus, founder of Germany Welcomes You Network, traveled across the continent to the banks of the Yangtze River along with the guests of the 2026 Belt and Road Journalists Forum, and visited Nanjing Yangtze Finless Porpoise Park on October 13.

The Elbe River is the fourth longest river in Central Europe, also one of Germany's most important inland waterways. Now along the Yangtze River, Lohmann is deeply impressed by the vibrant ecosystem, which offers an example for the trans-boundary river conservation worldwide.
