The Yangtze Explorer, a luxurious cruise ship on the Yangtze River, arrived at Nanjing Port on November 12, marking the launch of a new route linking the city with Southwest China's Chongqing Municipality.
The vessel measures 104.8 meters in length and has a gross tonnage of 7,389 tonnes. With a deliberately low passenger capacity of just 148, it offers the highest per-passenger space ratio ever recorded on a Yangtze River cruise, setting a new benchmark for inland waterway travel.
