Description:
Human beings are the bearers and transmitters of history and traditional culture. In their diverse forms and spirits, and through the harmony of motion and stillness, they steer the development of human civilization toward the future world.
With fluid lines, the work sculpts the human figure, exhibiting a strong sense of rhythm and dynamism. The rhythmic quality of the overall form draws inspiration from natural elements such as water and wind, reflecting humanity’s enduring will and wisdom to advance.
Inspired by the artistic styles of ancient Greece and China, the layered spatial composition borrows from the characteristics of traditional painting: even, delicate, yet powerful lines outline a form swaying in the wind. Through three-dimensional expression, the sculpture unfolds layer by layer, employing contrasts between rounded elegance and emptiness, density and openness, to present a panorama of the “myriad forms” of humanity.
The work illustrates that even in a static posture, the human figure reveals a constantly changing and interconnected landscape. It conveys the necessity for humanity to view the world with broader, more inclusive vision. This piece expresses a hopeful vision for cultural exchange and a shared future, emphasizing that mutual respect and cooperation are not merely exchanges of artistic forms, but also gestures of mutual recognition between civilizations.
